Why this course
Longevity medicine asks a broader question than treating disease: how can we preserve function, cognition, vitality, and quality of life for as much of the human lifespan as possible? The conversation is moving from lifespan to healthspan, but most programs collapse everything into one number. This course separates longevity into three interconnected pillars, teaches the science behind each, and distinguishes what is established from what is investigational. It is the science spine for the Genademy longevity pathway.
The three spans
Pillar 01
Mindspan
Preserving cognitive function, neurological resilience, sleep, mobility, and independence. Risk factor assessment before symptoms appear.
Pillar 02
Sexspan
The years of healthy intimacy and sexual wellness. Vascular, hormonal, metabolic, psychological, and pelvic-floor factors evaluated together, not in isolation.
Pillar 03
Healthspan
Maximizing the years spent with good physical function, metabolic health, mobility, energy, and resilience. The foundation connecting the framework.
What you will learn
- The biology of aging and how longevity medicine reframes the clinical question
- Mindspan: neurological and cognitive risk factors, sleep science, neuroinflammation
- Sexspan: vascular, hormonal, metabolic, and psychological factors in sexual wellness
- Healthspan: cardiometabolic, musculoskeletal, and lifestyle foundations
- How the three spans intersect and why isolated treatment misses the picture
- Established interventions vs. emerging and investigational technologies
- Regenerative biologics, exosomes, peptides, and mitochondrial research: what the science actually shows
- How to evaluate longevity claims and separate science from marketing
